Payment policy:
- A $300.00 deposit at time of reservation.
- Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- There will be an additional $40.00 cleaning fee for a rental less than 4 nights
- Upon receipt of final payment, we will mail maps & directions to the property for your key pick-up.

I am only able to accept payment from your Visa or MasterCard through the FREE service of PayPal.com sign up.

My cancellation policy:
- A cancellation made more than 14 days before arrival: The $300.00 deposit will be retained and applied as a credit toward a future rental. All other money will be refunded.
- A cancellation made within 14 days of arrival: The $300.00 deposit will be retained a $100.00 administration fee will be charged. And a $200.00 credit will be applied toward a future rental. All other money will be refunded.
