September 25 to 29, 2017 - What did I love? EVERYTHING!!!!! It was amazing, I do not know how to start, the house was exactly as pictures showed, everything was extremely clean and traveling with babies makes it a must. My kids were surprised by a gigant Micke Mouse that made them feel they had the real one on front of them. My husband is someone really hard to please and he has no complains, it is a safe area, close to different malls and supermarket, again extremely clean, we were able to wash our cloth and iron it, our kids had plenty of room to play. John was great with us everytime that we texted him with questions prior to our travel date and clear with the instructions on how to enter. Definitely we are coming back and recomend it 1000%.

Your house is wonderful, very comfortable, and near of everything, parks, shopping center, fuel stations. Close to supermarkets, shops. The house is very well equipped. June 1 to 7, 2017 - We enjoyed our stay there. The wifi was not good at all. We had better success at the theme parks, our car, or the beach. The handle on the microwave was broken off and that made it difficult to use. The towels/linens seemed old and used, but did what they needed to do. The area is in a quiet neighborhood which is nice... a bit further from the parks then we thought, but it was maybe a 29 minutes drive so it was okay. The home is abut out dated but we weren't expecting a luxury hotel. The master bed was comfy, but to soft for my liking. The master room is large and has a small walk in closet and a private shower. Also a bit outdated. The other two bedrooms are small. Enough room for the beds and to barely walk around them. After a couple of days we noticed some small ants/bugs and that kinda freaked me out some.... but it wasn't a huge infestation just Wright so be an annoyance. John was very accommodating and let us check in early in our arrival. That was greatly appreciated. He was easy to work with and made sure we had all the information we needed to get the keys, etc. I would probably stay here again... the price was great and there were six of us so it worked out to be about $100 a night. my mother, father, friend Morgan and I (Angela aka Angie) are very pleased with the place. It smells very clean just as it looks. The spaciousness is calming and soothing all wrapped up into one magnificent condominium! We agree with the comments 7 times before us, that the DVD player was missed. We enjoyed the Mickey Mouse phone; however the masks scared me but that's just me so don't change a thing! But enough about the condo, everyone talks about that lets talk about Morgen & me (Angie). We are volleyballers that are from Wisconsin the Dairy State cheeseheads HA HA HA HA HA now back to us and away from cheese, we five are here for about ?? days and we will let you know how each day / game goes. ============================================================

This is a lovely home in a quite setting accommodating children. For a family with a baby, this was a delight. The home is very roomy & clean. We esp. Loved the balcony. Word of advice - Wal-Mart is quite chaotic, so if you want to skip the hustle & bustle, go to Publix Supermarket

We had a great time being together. Sure beats hotels! Your place is great and so clean. Dom & I live in Boston, MA and our daughter, Paula now lives in Alabama. We drove to Alabama and then picked up our daughter's family and drove down here. It has been "great". We really weren't in your place to enjoy it as much as we would have liked but time was a limit. We did Disney, MGM, Animal Kingdom and EPCOT in four days. We are all tired but happy. Thanks again.

We just got back into Alaska today, spent some time after Florida with family in Tennessee. Your home is lovely and very suitable for our family as we enjoyed our grandson's H.S. graduation events and grand-daughter's birthday. Several for this occasion were able to stay here together and enjoy being together.

We enjoyed our stay at your home and you were right, everything we needed was provided. We wrote a message your little red book and followed all the exiting instructions as best as we could. It was a very, very special weekend for our family. Friday evening we were all gathered together in the "family room" and our youngest son and wife announced we are to have another Grandbaby in December. So, we celebrated a HS graduation, a granddaughter's birthday and a new babe on the way. A nice place to be together. We were trying to "give our son and family their "space" in their Orlando home for the graduation event which included both sides of the family in attendance so your condo was a perfect solution. The only suggestion we all have for your lovely home is the two smaller bedrooms would be more comfortable with ceiling fans - they did get on the stuffy side. Perhaps a small fan available for the extra bathroom as well. Other than that, everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the abundance of linens and all the "little details" that were tucked everywhere.

No intrusion at all, am happy to recommend John's condo rental. We rented his condo at the BSR in Kissimmi, Florida, this past December. I did the rental via Ebay auction bidding, and am happy to report that we had a great transaction! John was very nice to deal with, and everything he said about the condo was true. We were about 8 miles from all of the Disney / Seaworld resorts and outlet shopping sites, just far enough off of the main artery that runs between Kissimmi and Orlando to have a nice, family quiet area, but close enough to only be a few minutes drive to the attractions. The condo was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a large living / dining / kitchen area, in condo washing machine & dryer, a full kitchen, and a short walk across the street to the pool, which was very clean, though not heated. (We had good weather the week we were there, so that didn't matter.) We were really happy with the rental overall. We have always stayed at the Disney resorts, but they were all booked for the week we wanted, except for a 2 bed, 1 room at the Music Resort. We have 5 people, including a little baby, and decided that a condo would be a better choice, and it was a LOT cheaper per night. Well, we all ended=up with the flu during the week. The condo was HEAVEN, giving us all room to spread out and not be piled one on top of another, especially when you're sick. Other than that, the vacation was fine. I don't know what John's other vacation rentals are like, but we feel good about recommending this condo. The BS folks were ok, and we overheard them talking to another renter while at the pool, who had problems with their washing machine not working, and the resort manager was offering to move them without any hassle. I hope this helps you make your decision a bit easier. I would not hesitate to rent from John again. Good luck, and have a terrific vacation, what ever you decide. : )

I wanted to say thank-you for the use of your condo while we were in Florida. The weather was beautiful while we were there. Unfortunately, we all got the flu, starting on Sunday, and running through the whole family by the end of the week. But thanks to having a condo with plenty of room to spread out and the washer / dryer and pool right there, we still had a good time and didn't have to feel cramped like you might in a hotel.
We accidentally broke one of your cereal bowls on Thursday night, it slipped out of Nick's hand and hit the floor. We tried the management office, but it had already closed for the night, so I called the emergency number, to let them know right away. I'm not sure if we actually spoke with someone who manages the resort, or an answering service lady. I left her my name and phone number & address, and asked them to contact me so that I could send a replacement bowl or reimburse them promptly, as we had to leave at 6am for the airport to return home. I have not heard back from them yet, but wanted to also inform you of the accident. If I should send the bowl or check to you, please let me know, I would like to take care of this quickly, so we do not damage our reputation.
